Ben joined Form in 2012 after four years at Waterman Group following graduation from Brighton University. Ben progressed rapidly to associate level and is currently leading numerous complex refurbishment and new build projects with contract values up to £40m. Ben’s experience includes deep basements and technically challenging structural alterations / remodelling, together with new build multistorey steel and concrete frames.

Having worked in the residential, rail, education, and leisure sectors, Ben uses his broad range of experience to lead projects and ensure that clients’ aspirations are met.
