Pete has over 15 years of construction industry experience and has gained specialist knowledge in education, healthcare, retail and speculative development, new build and refurbishment. He has also gained extensive subterranean experience whilst at Form. Alongside Andrew, Pete assists with the day-to-day management of the practice.

Pete’s detailed understanding of construction methods and techniques cover an array of market sectors at all levels. Private sector projects include office, retail and residential buildings with contract values up to £50m. Public sector projects include schools, libraries, hospitals and police buildings with contract values up to £130m.
